Dass ist sein Standard Spruch, wenn er von der Verteidigung Amerikas gegen die pösen Terroristen redet. Diese Narben hat er während seiner Gefangenschaft und Folter durch den Vietkong erhalten.
Ich wusste gar nicht dass die Republikaner mit solch harten Bandagen kämpfen.

Einen noch dämlicheren Vergleich kann man wohl kaum machen und ein wunderbares Beispiel für Mathematik für Idioten. Dieses drei Prozent Öl Reserve kann für 50 oder 100 Jahre reichen. Obama führt diesen Punkt immer wieder an und wird dafür nicht von den Republikanern kritisiert, vermutlich weil diese wissen, dass sie Obamas Fehler dem durchschnittlichen Amerikaner nicht erklären können.

OBAMA: Well, Oliver, first, let me tell you what’s in the rescue package for you. Right now, the credit markets are frozen up and what that means, as a practical matter, is that small businesses and some large businesses just can’t get loans.

If they can’t get a loan, that means that they can’t make payroll. If they can’t make payroll, then they may end up having to shut their doors and lay people off.

Man merkt dass Obama selbst nie ein eigenes Unternehmen geführt hat und von Wirtschaft auch keine Ahnung hat.

Das einzig intelligente was Obama gesagt hat war folgendes:

OBAMA: I think that the Constitution has a right to privacy in it that shouldn’t be subject to state referendum, any more than our First Amendment rights are subject to state referendum, any more than many of the other rights that we have should be subject to popular vote.

Zumindest versteht er den Unterschied zwischen einer Demokratie und einer Republik.
